Returns & Replacements
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from the Big Idea Studio Store!!! You are welcome to return any item in new/unopened condition before 60 days from purchase date for a full refund (not including shipping fees) to your account. Returns received after 60 days from purchase date will receive a credit to our store. Send merchandise to: Big Idea Studio Store, 910 E 2nd St, Winona MN 55987. Note: If you did not purchase the item at our Studio Store, please return your item to the store of purchase.

Managing Log-In Account
You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time. To access your account, click on "My Account" at the top of any page on our site.  You will then be asked to sign in with your email address and password and will be taken to the page where you can view or edit your information. As an added security feature, you will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity on our website. If this occurs, simply re-enter your email address and password to access your information.  Forgotten Password:  If you have an account and have forgotten your password, simply click "Forgot My Password" and enter your email address. A new password will be emailed to you.  You may update your password at anytime by logging into My Account / Account Information section.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal Express Checkout.  Sale is completed at time of checkout and products are shipped within 2 business days.  If you need to make a payment via check, please email Customer Service for ordering assitance.  After Order Price Match: We do not offer price matching after a sale has been completed. From time to time a price may drop after you make a purchase. Please note that our prices do change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price offered at that time. We know low prices are important to our customers, therefore, we offer our customers a large selection of products under $20 and special sales throughout the year. Please note Big Idea Entertainment reserves the right to terminate the advertised specials, without notice. Discounts can not be combined and will not apply to already on sale items.  International Customers: Here are some things to remember. Factor in the exchange rate for the charges as well as for the cost of the merchandise. Your credit card company may also add a charge for currency conversion. The shipping charges and methods of shipment (usually either mail or courier) are not the total of the costs you'll have to pay to get that package across the Canadian or international border. Order Status & Tracking
Your e-mail address will act as your username to log-in to your account.  Your account allows you access and save order history info.  Order Confirmation: An email is sent after your order is received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.  Tracking:  A second email confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse and will include a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number. You can also check the current status of your order via My Account.
